Update interaction wires across symbols / components (keep in sync)
Adding a wire to an object inside a symbol or changing a wire inside a symbol should create/change the same wire/link across other instances of that symbol in the same way styles/text etc changes other instances.
This would allow navigation to be edited throughout a project.
I love the convenience of symbols, and I love that we can now add links to objects within a symbol, but not being able to propagate that interaction to other symbols is a problem for me.

yes please!!!

at least let us create some sort of "menu" symbol, which we can use for menu and footer, which is a symbol that stays unchanged throughout the prototype and always links to the same places

Please release this feature! It would be such a time-saver. I currently work around it by copy/pasting while in 'prototype' mode, but the symbols actually retaining their links/functions would be so much better.

It's really frustrating having to manually update X amount of symbols across a big website project. This would be so handy. Please prioritise basic things like this over new functionality.

I can't believe this feature wasn't released on the first Alpha

This is sorely needed. Is this built into the roadmap? It would be great to know when this will be ready.

I'm getting my feet wet with XD, loving it, and then... what, I can't have prototype links in a symbol carry over to the symbol's instances?? I feel like my project is stuck on pause until this feature is fixed. Crucial!!

Why isn't there something link push overwrite for the links.
This would save SO SO SO much work - I'm waiting for it literally for years now …

How is this not the #1 request?!?!? Prototyping is virtually useless without this feature. Love the simplicity of designing & sharing in Adobe XD, but not having this feature makes prototyping the most tedious, frustrating, god-awful experience there is in XD.

following...would like this too.

I can't belive that prototyping in Adobe XD is still so broken after all this time. Without the ability to have common navigation wired up without having to do it individually on each screen the whole prototyping aspect is DOA and we can't use XD for anything except design work until it's fixed.

Ridiculous! 2 years of bagging for crucial option. Adobe, giving XD free means you made shitty applications and don't going to fix it?

Puuuurlease... Literally one of the most tedious repetitious activities ever...

Section where you can set up the navigation bar for your app/website. Ability to add buttons to it (with overlays). Then can be added to the selected artboards. Can also link the buttons to different boards. When things are updated in the navigation section it will update everywhere else.

Completely agree. This is a must-have feature. I'm shocked it hasn't been added already.
Another reason to jump to Sketch...

Could we get a response, Adobe, on why this essential wire copy/paste function apparently disappeared in newer XD versions and when it will be restored? I'm prototyping a case planning-type app for a client who needs something like 120 screens (artboards.) The navigation scheme is complex. I wired up each of more than 70 nav links in a "master nav menu" artboard. I intended to copy and paste the master nav menu from the wired artboard in each of the various screens so consistent navigation is present throughout the app. Without the copy/paste wire ability we're looking at more than 8000 wires that would need creation. If I can't get this feature soon, I'm gone. Thanks in advance for expediting this.

When I integrate overlays into a menu (converted into a symbol), these overlay actions are saved and are included when other instances of the symbol are used.

please yes.... If Im asked to change the navigation options I have to copy and paste across 40 + artboards, a real pain
