Color Management (set color profiles)
XD should be a color managed application.
I'm not sure what the full context of color management is within the UI/UX industry is, or if it's something that many pay attention to, or if it's just left un-managed.
Currently a vast majority of designers are using high gamut displays to design. Our final output will however differ greatly without some proper color management implemented. If color managment is implemented, we can at least visually soft proof our design and colors to specific devices (ie: New iOS devices that support P3 color gamut), or older sRGB devices.
At the same time sRGB images used won't expand to the display's high color gamut, making them look over saturated.
(Currently using Windows Beta Version: 0.6.8.6)

This is a SCREEN DESIGN tool. DEFAULT sRGB canvas with P3 support. This is the only thing holding so many real professionals back from using this software. And no; we dont want to have to switch our system settings manually every time we are designing for the screen. We don't have to do that in any other Adobe software. XD is the only tool as of now that does not color manage canvas to sRGB. Degrading.

Does anyone know if alternate tools such as Sketch or Invision Studio have this problem as well? Thinking about making the switch. Been waiting on this issue for a while now....

This might be the reason to leave XD not worth the extra work

Thanks for doing this!
I assumed since this topic doesn't have an "feature under review" label or whatever, no one knows about it... -

I've contacted Adobe today. They said that the senior team is working on it.
Although, it is not a guaranty.
Please do it quickly !

The differance in color saturation is crazy. This can't be happening in an actual design software. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Its embarrassing!
PLEASE. THANK YOU!

Let us choose colour profiles.. PLEASE!
There's no point in being able to copy and paste designs directly from illustrator if XD changes the colours instantly. -

Dude, come on, fix this already...

Switched back to Affinity Designer, no chance that Adobe will add color profile management.

i love adobe xd, but not having the possiblity to color manage it is a huge downside for a professional tool ... please fix it now!

I can't understand why the recent features adding tighter integration with the other CC apps (copy+paste from Illustrator, round-trip image editing in Photoshop) shipped without this being addressed.
I'm currently trying to move a team of designers from Illustrator to XD for all our digital design and this is a massive roadblock to it being taken seriously.

The request is from 2016, now it's 2019 and no tag or comment from Adobe … It's nice that they have build up XD from zero to have a fast and easy to use app (love it comparing to Sketch), but some base-features should they adopt from other CC apps … Sometimes it seems that Adobe do not work with their own XD app, otherwise they would be bothered by and recognised these and other things (no infinite canvas for example > every time I work I hit on the borders of this and other things)

Any chance to get a reply from someone in Adobe - whether an option to Change Color Profile inside the app will be added to XD sometime in near future?
Long time CC All Apps plan subscriber here. And it's super tough for a professional with a High Gamut P3 Display (with a Macbook or iMac) to get different colors while working in XD comparing to what colors look like when designs are exported.

Why does this feature not appear in the list of All Feature Requests? It has 428 Votes and it doesn't show up there!
How many years will it take to make a simple Color Profile menu?
