"Scaling Tool" (scale stroke weight, shadow effects & corners when resizing)
Ability to scale attributes proportionately. When creating shapes, buttons, or icons within XD sometimes they need to be scaled to different sizes. Currently when scaling these shapes, buttons, or icons created within XD we can no scale some of the attributes proportionately.
As an example I create a container box with a stroke, border-radius, shadow, and paragraph text. If I need to scale proportionately, like say 50%, the stroke, border-radius, shadow, and paragraph text don't scale proportionately.
(Currently using Windows Beta Version: 0.6.8.6)

Having same issue here. It is annoying when it doesn't scale proportionately.

We really need this feature in adobe xd. We used it often in sketch and are moving over to XD. Thank you!

Please. I used that a lot in sketch. We’re about to change to XD, but we miss this very much.
Are there plans for this features? -

To scale proportionally you need to turn off the "responsive resize"

I only have fills in an icon that is a vector group. If I try to give the group a fixed dimension the elements inside the group scale differently. This is extremely frustrating. Is there any solution for scaling a group? I'm probably just going back to Sketch.

That's really bad...
I am struggling with this topic as well.. -

This needs to be here for reasonable manipulation of vector/svg items.

Option to scale corners and strokes proportionately for elements within Components. Similar to Adobe Illustrator.
This will eliminate the need to modify the corners and stroke when any Component is scaled. -

This is wanted 3 years ago and now, 2019 we can not scale an object.
I don't believe this.
Adobe on the other hand, vewry proud about gamepad triggers. -

I've received some files from a designer to animate, could do with this feature so I can enlarge the documents for higher resolution output in order to create close up animations.
It seems that your base resolution is stuck without doing TONS of work...I have hundreds of canvases to sift through.

Why is this not fixed yet? Why is XD reinventing the wheel? On every single little thing. You could just copy the code from illustrator.

Can't believe that this BASIC thing isn't there. Also for groups of elements you want to scale e.g. to 50% size....

Why on earth is there no ability to scale. The more I use this program the more frustrating it becomes, so many basic features that are essential to designing for responsive are missing.

on Illustrator: Select object with border > Object > Path > Outline Stroke. Now you can import the object into Adobe XD and the resize will stay the same.

I don't understand why Adobe hasn't made this one a major priority - is such a basic feature and so many of your customers require it - what gives?
