Scroll to Anchor Link Target
The anchor link that target the specific part of the page. This is the significant user experience on web usability where user can "back to top" or can navigate (i.e. from menu bar) to the specific sessions without the need to scroll through entire pages.
In today’s release of XD, we’ve introduced scroll to anchor link. You can learn more about this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpfKVTkPbgg

Also can't understand why monopoly Adobe hasn't implemented the most basic UX features into their professional UX solution program.
Should name it " Adobe xD " or " Adobe :P " or " Adobe (-_-) "

I can also see how this kind of feature would be useful in a transition between artboards. For example, clicking a button on one page sends me to a specific scroll location on another. Perhaps that scroll location could be set in a similar way to the overlay feature.
