Hexadecimal colors in color picker (too hard to find)
The ability to select colors by hex is paramount IMO. Most style guides use hex for web/mobile. Not to mention I have several hex colors memorized (self serving much... ;) )
The next Adobe XD update will have an all-new color picker where entering hex codes is much easier.

It is most important to design. Sometimes colour picker doesn't pick exact colour we want.

It looks like XD uses the native OSX color picker right now which does support hex, though I don’t love the implementation. Go to the second tab and select RGB Sliders and the hex code should be under the sliders: http://i.imgur.com/7sTVI2d.png
Personally I use Skala color picker which augments the existing one adding much more powerful color selection tools: https://bjango.com/mac/skalacolor/ -

Second this. We need an area that allows us to paste a hex code in to set the color.

If you go to sliders and set color as RGB you'll have hex options.

Need to add hex codes for color fills.
