Draw rectangle with preset proportion (e.g. 16:9)

This is the very crucial thing in ui design to create consistent layouts.

    No, I mean drawing a rectangle proportional, like photoshop does. 16:9, 4:3 etc.

    The only way doing this right now, drawing a rectangle with these number and maintain proportions when scaling.

    I'm looking a way to draw rectangles exact proportions in first place. Photoshop solved this by giving you options under the gear icon with these options; unconstrained,square, fixed size and proportional.
