Scrollable Area (not scrolling whole artboard)
Define a scrollable area within an artboard
This provides real-world app use cases, such as a table, slideshow, or iOS dropdown lists.
I’m excited to announce that with XD 30 we’ve added support for Scroll Groups. Try it out and please let us know your feedback.

Sketch is integrating with Silver Flow, all the features we've been waiting for from XD will be in Sketch: http://silverflows.com/

Seems like if you are a windows user,You just hold in your spacebar and then you can scroll, this is what's working for me
I am a new Xd user - and I am dumb struck that it doesn't have a scrollable area feature - so sad. please get it out asap.

Really need this :)
Yes, this feature is a must-have.
1) Parallax scrolling.
2) Sticky elements which frist scroll to the rop and then stay there
You´re loosing us here - Mac users embraced XD and now we only see features for Win10 - and all we need is scrolling :)

This is by far the most essential feature missing from XD. Please implement it!

I've just downloaded XD, I'm a mobile game designer and having scrollable containers is absolutely imperative for this tool to be of any use to me.

I'd like to be able to scroll only one section (a rectangle) in my design. often in programs you have a fixed header on the top and a fixed navigation on the left. and you can scroll only the main section (or rectangle) and not the whole page.
Is there an update on this yet?
Showing clients their workflow is currently a case of taking screenshots and imbedding them into webpages so they can scroll through them. Scrolling prototypes is despirately needed!
when will this feature be available

Please make it ASAP
@joan_lafferty do you have any idea regarding the release date of the next update and the scroll function in this version? I would love to scroll in my website preview.
Any update with this... this feature is key to not been able to present to clients, managed to knock up designs super fast but how this wasn't built in for first beta?

When creating modals/dialogs or areas with listed content it is very difficult to show scrolling functionality. Allow definable shapes that can contain scrolling data/content.
Screen shot attached.
@joan Scrollable containers has over 2,300 votes and is by far the most requested feature. It's also what's keeping me from investing more than one hour to work with Xd because without scrolling areas, prototyping mobile apps is just a non-starter.
Any update on when this capability will be available for beta testing? The most recent update was somewhat underwhelming so I'm hoping sooner rather than later?

Scrollable area is essential to showing off a somewhat basic prototype so that your nav isn't scrolling up and down. Please, please make this a priority for the next release :)
XD really needs to have scrollable containers... a big thumbs up if you can get that added. I have a paid InVision account, along with Adobe CC, and I'm not having to pay Atomic in order to get scrollable container functionality in my admin dashboard prototypes. I'd much rather use XD. I'm nearly at the jumping off point with InVision too... XD has so much covered now, especially with SVG copy and paste from SketchApp (amazing)... the last sorely missed feature for me is scrollable containers.
