Ability to make interaction points dialog explaining functionality in prototype
Similar to Microsoft visio this feature will give users the Ability to make interaction points explaining functionality in the prototype. The user will be able to draw an arrow pointing at the element linking to the dialog box. A dialog box will give user info on functionality or explain Interaction point.
This feature will show in prototype mode and give the option to enable in share prototype mode.As a user, I can draw an interaction box.
As a user, I can link interaction box to shape/element/ect.
As a user, I can choose to enable this when I share a…3 votes -

Trusted user testing group
I would like to have a way to invite trusted people to user test my prototypes; in fact, I would like to entrust this to a group of verified AdobeXD users. Instead of always trying to hunt down ways to user test on another platform and then get participants. I would like to turn to a set of UXers and ask for feedback. This could relate getting Adobe Points for being a tester and for providing feedback.

Go back one screen in Preview using the delete key
When viewing a preview of your design work in the current window could you make the delete key go back to the previous link please. (Just like a browser back button would do)

Remember prototype interactions (mouse clicks) so re-recordings are easily repeatable automatically
I think it would be handy if you could set triggers in prototype to record pre defined motion paths for the video e.g: A (Home) to B (Next page) back to A.

Prototyping: magnifying glass/loupe to help linking small elements
If I want to create a link from a small element like a menu item to another page, it is hard to accurately select the text and be zoomed out far enough to see the page I want to link to.
I know you can use the drop down to select the page, but if you want to do it visually it would be good if the area around the cursor would zoom like a loupe to enable easier selection.

Create 'sets' of artboards that 'play' an animated sequence with variable (custom) exit points
I've had this issue throughout many projects already: I created a number of 'chained' artboards that - as a collection - play an animated sequence using Auto-Animate and the 'Time' trigger. A loading screen or splash screen for example.
I'd love to be able to target this 'set' of animated artboards and choose a 'custom' exit point so that the final artboard points and navigates to an artboard of my choosing. This way I can re-use the same animations throughout the entire prototype without the need of duplicating (and maintaining) several instances of the same thing.

Multiple hover states of one component
Hello,
it'll be nice to have more hover states in one component.
Currently i'm working on horizontal mega-menu and it's impossible to prototype mega menu appear on hover. I think i will need to use Tap for now - because when i'm creating two hover states - one doesn't work after another - only when i leave the component and hover it again. So i believe it shuold effect inner hover area also.Another interesting fueature will be of changing of z-index on hover - it'll make life much easier. For now - i have no idea how to solve…

Actions to show and hide a component on an artboard
Something I used to use in Axure constantly was the ability to show and hide elements on a single screen. It would open up lots of possibilities, add tons of flexibility, and reduce the number of artboards needed if in XD we could trigger actions to either show or hide one or more components on an artboard. It would be even more amazing if when choosing the show component action, you could also set the component's state.
2 votesThanks for the clarification! I don't think we have something like this currently in the database, so I'll leave it open as-is.

bring element to front on interaction
I have to tiles next to each other, that each have a hover state. But since the hover state is bigger than the original tile and it streches across the neighboring tile, i can only ever correctly show the hover on one tile. The other tile (which is layered above the first tile) hides part of it.
This is very annoying, because I cannot properly show the supposed interaction.
I need to be able to select something like "on hover select state 'hover' and bring element to front"
or
hide the hover element to show it on interaction with the…2 votes -

Drag a pin on a draggable map (basic map interaction)
I detailed the process in support : https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/drag-transition-on-an-component-with-hover-state-inside-a-xy-scrollable-area-not-so-easy/td-p/12596044
a clear example of what's missing is attached
(source here : https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/xd/help/create-scroll-groups.html)
It is fine to drag a map. But drag interaction of an item snapped on the map won't work…The idea is to be able to recreate drag/drop interaction inside draggable area.
exactly like the way you move a pin on a map.
pin has a :
- initial status
- hover status
- (optional) in progress (during the move) status
- released statuswhile the map remains draggable, and the pin location attached to the map as a…

Navigate through repeat grid using game controller
Repetition grid are awesome, we know it. It works well with PC (mouse interaction) since the hover is immediatly looking for the hover state of a component.
It's less magical when trying to navigate a grid with controller where the hover is not accessible.
We should have preset that understand that using dpad/joystick navigation in the grid toggle hover state on/off without having to define in the prototype view the very bulky :
- Press Dpad left (joystick left) go to state Hover on button 2
- Press Dpad bottom (joystick bottom) go to state Hover on button 4 ...

Interactions based on game controller trigger combinations
I use XD almost every day for wireframing and prototyping game interfaces for both mobile, PC, and console games. For mobile and PC games I'm pretty happy with the current feature set but I feel like there are a few improvements that would really help those doing UX for console games. Here are a few points, in particular, I'd love to see improved.
1) 'Combination' Trigger type for Interactions
For interfaces in games you quite often need to press a combination of keys, buttons, or key + click to open menus. It would be great if you could set an…2 votesThanks for your feedback! UserVoice works best when you file only one suggestion per ticket. I’ll change the title of this one to cover the combination trigger, and I encourage you to file the others as separate tickets.

Roll-off state
Hi, I raised this is the XD Adobe Community and I was recommended to post it here:
I love XD. Please could you facilitate mouse 'roll off'' events/states/triggers whatever you want to call them, to hover states. I just want a hover animation to play, then when the mouse 'rolls off' the hotspot, the hover state remains the same rather than return to the default state. If I remember correctly this is something from the old Flash days, it's even in InDesign! Please can you get it in XD? There isn't a workaround either and creating multiple artboards is just…2 votes -
Transition between overlays
The idea is quite simple and it exists already in Figma. When you have a dialog displayed as an overlay, it often changes its content as the user interacts with it (I don't want to create a component for that - it shouldn't be the purpose of the component feature and it makes the component panel messy.) So when creating a link between 2 states of an overlay, I would like to have an option to switch the overlays.
Then It would be awesome if the option "close overlay" would close the overlay (the "previous artboard" is not helpful here).

Define different actions for subsequent interaction triggers
Give the possibility to add the same trigger in prototyping. For example, the interraction of a dropdown button; you can make a list appear with the tap trigger and another tap trigger to listen to the sound.

Drag (simulated text selection) within vertical scroll areas
I want to prototype a PDF or other document viewer allowing the user to scroll through a 2-3 page document (images arranged like pages) and then direct them to select the target text on the document.
Telling a user to select the text, they naturally want to drag to highlight and select the text as they would in a text editor or viewer.
I want to simulate that so I tried putting a small box with opacity set to 0% just to the left of the text. Then I copied the object for naming and start position and put it…

Allow components to change states and scroll to another part of the artboard at the same time.
Designing a menu with different states and the possibility of scrolling to a particular section by touching any of its options is currently impossible.
For example, if what I need is to show the user in which section he is browsing , what im going to do is to show the name of the section with another color.
So what im going to do is create different states in order to have all the menu categories active when the user taps on each.
The problem is when I want to prototype those categories to scroll over the same artboard .2 votes
