Repeat duplicate including distance
I would like to drag an object holding down option to duplicate it and having CMD-D (duplicate) repeat the duplication with the previously used distance.
ALT-Drag from A to B -> CMD-D (uses the distance between A and B)
This would help so much. Sketch and Figma already have this behaviour. I think even Illustrator has it.

This suggestion is exactly what I was looking for. I'm really missing this. Even PowerPoint has this feature!
I would called this feature "Duplicate + Transform". It should repeat the duplication plus any transformation you do, which could include offset the x,y location, rotate by x degs, change opacity by x%, increase brightness of fill by 5 units, etc.
Besides the method mentioned in the original post, I'd also like this workflow to be supported: (1) select an object, (2) press Ctrl+D or Cmd+D, (3) perform a transformation (e.g., nudge 20 pixels right, 20 pixels down), (4) press Ctrl+D or Cmd+D three more times. You should end up with five objects arranged diagonally.
Note: The "Make Repeat Grid" feature covers some of the use cases of these feature, but by no means all of them. Duplicate + Transform is much more versatile (not that you should get rid of Make Repeat Grid, which is very handy).
