This was actually released a couple of months ago in our XD 45 release, so you should now be able to export your JPGs at whatever multiplier you'd like. Enjoy!

This would be really useful. I'm currently being forced to switch over to Sketch (which I don't want to) because XD lacking such a simple feature.
