Invite to private prototype without sending an invitation email
I would like to be able to invite stakeholders to private prototypes (Share for Review in particular) without sending them an email that they were invited. I am inviting a large audience of folks and my company has alternate means of broadcasting this invitation. This could be a "send emails" checkbox option when inviting users to a prototype (see attached image).
My use case:
When a design is ready for review, I create an internal document (outside of the Adobe system) detailing the proposed feature set. This document contains a link to the prototype for users to be able to view and interact with the design. I want to secure the prototype via a login (not a password I create, but a full login) and give access to all stakeholders (about a dozen people). I do not want them to be emailed when I give them access because this is email bloat, especially if I am publishing multiple prototypes around the same time. Instead, when they review the document (likely during a meeting, or in response to me publishing the internal document) I would like them to be able to click on the link and view the prototype (after logging in).
I would like to manage user access via user groups (separate issue, https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/35855122-invite-user-groups-to-private-links).
I would like users to be notified of access via my internal (non-Adobe) systems. I do not want Adobe to email my stakeholders too (this issue).
Thanks for your feedback. Right now, the easiest way to do this is to invite yourself and forward the link that is created in the Email to your stakeholders. Once they click on the link, they can request access using their own (free) Adobe IDs. As for the rest of them, it sounds like you have about 3-4 different requests in one ticket, which makes it hard to merge with other similar requests in the database. I’d suggest that you go back and file each one separately so that your ideas have a better chance of getting traction!

Thanks for responding!
Yes, we are sharing the link and having folks request access right now. It would be great to cut out that request step without sending a bunch of invite emails.
I think this issue only contains one request (ability to invite to a login based prototype without emailing the invitee). Everything else is background to our usecase so that you can understand why we have that request.
What other ideas do you see in there that you would like me to log as separate ideas?
