Bypass cloud prototype link password when linking from the source file
Password protected prototype shares are great, but is it fair to assume that the owner of the source file can get straight in when they open it from the source file in XD - I think so, given that they can change the password. It's a little annoying having to input it every time. Likewise from notifications in the desktop app - but clearly that is a little different as you're not in the source file.

I agree with your pain point here. If you wanted a secure way of sharing, would you not prefer the option of 'Only invited people' can access or the Private link sharing instead of password protected? This will have automatic login and other benefits as well in terms of commenting on your prototypes. Thanks!

Today, when I go to"preview" my password protected prototype in the browser, I have to enter my password. If it's my prototype, I shouldn't need to enter a password. This creates extra work, especially when I see something I need to fix, update it in Xd, refresh the browser and find that I need to enter the password again. I do this several times.
