Download assets as JPGs from Design Specs
Please create the option to download assets as JPGs from design specs. As of right now, there are only options to download as PNG or PDF. JPG seems pretty odd to exclude. Additionally, it would be great if you could have the ability to control your batch export preferences.
This is now available in the latest version of XD! Make sure you republish before accessing the design spec to access this feature.

Any updates on this please? This is a common problem with our developers. It would be extremely helpful not to have to share these assets separately.

Yeah, please. You've added JPG export to artboards in App, and also added 2x3x, android, etc. for dev export links in a zip, so it should be easy to add JPG to the export as well?

Hey, developers need to download JPG images from the inspect mode to keep the website as light as possible!
Please add JPG as the default option at download. -

This is getting ridiculous, would be so easy to implement, since XD already exports 4 formats in the actual manual export (and batch), so adding this to the website handoff link is a no-brainer.
Please change add JPG to the current images drop-down list of SVG (if vector), PNG, PDF.

Should also include SVG

So this request was made 2 and a half years ago. Please add this as a feature soon. The entire reason for sharing the file in the first place is to share the file formats to web developers to use the assets properly. Why is JPG not an option this far along? Come on Adobe!!

Can we get an update on the priority of this feature?

Such a common and basic use case / functionality completely ignored by Adobe.
So sick of all these half-arsed solutions...

Please Adobe XD Team, this should be a HIGH priority!!! I wonder why other competitors/products are taking the lead on this segment.

Please this is getting ridiculous now!

I design webpages with a lot of jpeg images. When Sharing designs on the web, developers can only choose to download bitmap assets as PNG or PDF. Please add the option to download the original size bitmap asset as jpg.
Now I have to deliver jpeg assets in a separately instead of having everything in one place.
Thanks

1. I would like to have the option of turning the hidden elements on and off, in develeoper mode, so that I can pass on information
2. Not only the grid layout, but also the grid grid would be great if you could display it in developer mode
3. in developer mode the possibility to create a PDF or a JPG -

Please guys! Do something about it.

This seems like pretty obvious functionality. Yet for some reason it's not getting noticed.
PNG files are huge compared to JPG. We need this to improve the handoff process. It's much easier to export all downloadable assets from the online specs, vs trying to find your individual assets "marked for download" and export those. Especially when you have items nested in groups and can't select multiple items from different groups. -

This is such a fundamental function. Without it, development view is severely limited in its usefulness.

Options for optimisation settings too please - ie a % quality slider plus indication of output file size when you hit the Mark for Export in the layers panel or when you SHFT+CMD+E

Please Adobe XD Team! This would be very efficient in any workflow.
