Export artboard as high quality image(s)
This was previously suggested but it seemed like it needed to be reposted (if not, feel free to delete this request).
Outside of maybe SVG for obviously (?) reasons, the exported file looks pixelated. The exports do not look presentable--I've been better off with screenshots but screenshots are screenshots. I would love if this request gets a second look.
Hi all,
Once with the XD45 release we have also made some export improvements that should address your request. Give it a try and let us know what you think!https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/export-design-assets.html
Happy exporting!
Thank you,
Corina Murgila

Exporting your art boards (as png, jpeg or svg, ...) gives pixellated images (which I obviously can't use for presenting to my client or my portfolio). With me especially it is the text that pixellates, and not the images in my design.

Screen Export Compression decreases the quality of the design.

Images on my end look blurry and low quality. I was hoping that exporting at 2x and making them smaller in photoshop would make the exported text look nice and crisp, but it looks as horrible as 1x. How can I send these to my clients? If you were a client, what would you say if I sent you these ugly blurry looking images?
I saw someone from Adobe saying that this is AS DESIGNED. Why would you design it this way? If I export as a prototype it gets shrinked if a client is looking at it on a smaller laptop, if I send it as an image it looks crappy and blurry, what am I supposed to do in order to show my client the project he's paying 80 bucks/hour for? How can I show him this??? Outrageous...

This problem hasn't been corrected in december 2019, 1 years after the first post !
Seriously, it makes it impossible to use professionaly. May have to go back to Figma or buy a Mac Book to use the model instead of the copy. -

PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ASAP. Many people who are using XD have been facing the same issue.
Being able to export full art-boards in High-resolution is an obvious feature to have , Im surprised to still have this issue after all these versions. Guess, its time that I consider alternative design tools. -

Use SVG format output, then open it on Photoshop and Save As JPEG.
You'll get the Hi-Res Image of your Design. Boom! -

The PNG Quality of the Full Artboards are not up to the best. Please look in to giving a high resolution PNG that makes everyone happy to review. Currently I see lot of optimisation and blurring.

I am really not happy with the export options.
I am done many of the designs in the XD and one of my client required high-quality screenshots for their needs and when I exported even 3x png format then I looked into the screen its very bad quality.
I have designed it at 1440px 1024px. Now I have to recreate all the screens in other software which is giving me a lot of pain. Not really happy. Please check the attached sample screenshot. -

I think the exported images in the design format are all 72-100 ppi for the screen. These images when placed in documents gets pixelated. The highest resolution export from XD as either image or pdf is still quite low resolution for placing in a document. The details of the elements like lines or borders less than 2 px are completely blurred or not visible at all.

Not really. It's a regular 1080p screen. When I export screens in 3x from XD and add them to PowerPoint the images get pixelated.
Ability to export in higher resolutions would enable me to add these screens to presentations and documentations.

I have seen multiple requests for the same but all of them have been shut down,
I want to be able to export artboards in high resolution more than 4x. So that i can use them in a presentation.
As of now if i take a screenshot of the screen that has more resolution than the image exported from XD.
This is very frustrating. Exporting to pdf and converting is very annoying. Even the pdf is os low resolution.
