Associate comments with versions of the prototype
At the moment I realise a prototype, everyone comments on it and if I update the prototype the comments are lost.
I think it would be really cool if comments were maintained if i republish a prototype.
Maybe the comments could be labelled with a page release version number or date so i can hid them - but I don't want to lose the comments, i want the person who left the comment to be able to marked the problem they highlighted as solved.

@arun since design and review is already cloud based, can a pin recall an iteration

Make both old and new versions viewable. A user can click on the pin to recall/toggle previous versions of the design to match the feedback.

Hi,
Thank you for submitting your request to us.
To understand little more on this ask, I have couple of questions:
1. When you say you update the prototype, comments are lost? - This seems weird and should not be happening in first place. After you have added comments, if you design changes and then click on "Update" button in the publish popup, those changes get propagated to the same link. All the comments should be retained as is. Unless you have removed an artboard completely as part of your design changes. This is the only case, when any comments related to that artboard might be lost. Is this the workflow that you are encountering?
2. Everytime you Update the published prototype, do you think a version should automatically be created for that prototype link?/
3. Do you always choose to publish once you update your designs? If yes, then do you think the published prototype version should match your XD design file version? Or can they be separate?
