Allow overlays to be moved beneath other objects
Currently overlays always display at the top of the layers panel. This makes creating sliders or other elements difficult. Add the ability to move overlays beneath other objects.

I WANT THIS. This could happen two ways.
Simplest would be to allow us to indicate a place for the overlay in the layers panel. That way we can Slide it out from underneath of another object. There is also the potential to create some interesting effects (thinking maybe game prototype) even with dissolve where something appears behind another object.
Another method I could see would be to allow us to restrict the "Slide in" to the artboard of the overlay. So rather than the whole artboard moving across my view, it only slides into the green box that I have placed in the view. If this is the case you could also allow us to edit the size of the big green box to indicate how far we want it to slide in. Kind of like Keynotes "Travel Distance" option in Animations like "Fade and Move".
Or Just do both and give us a whole new world to play with. :)

Yes, this would be helpful in a case where I would want to click a button to bring up a database table that pops up as an overlay but appears under my table headings. This way as I scroll on the overlay it appears under the layer on the previous artboard containing my headings.
