Adding colors, styles, symbols to CC library from within XD
Just like in Illustrator, it should be possible to add colors, styles, symbols, ... to a new or existing CC library.
At this moment, the CC library is of not much use when you're creating a brand new project in a team of XD designers.
Thanks!
Best regards,
Guy
In the latest release of Adobe XD, you can now write colors, character styles, and objects to CC Libraries. Check it out and let us know what you think! Please feel free to file individual tickets for additional features you’d like to see in this area.

I believe this is one of those features that are low in effort and high in impact, because right now a CC library in XD is almost useless. We have to pass through Illustrator to add colors and assets, but we are designing in XD, so, at the end, we skip the CC library and copy paste through XD files.

The assets panel is great. I just wish I could copy everything in that across to other Adobe applications. It doesn't really make sense why this isn't supported or even in the pipeworks?

Please make this function. copy paste from PS works sweet, but this would save that extra work.

Any word on this feature or a good workaround now that me and my team are fully working in Adobe Xd?

This feature is very important since we want to work in a team with ux and ui designers.

The ability to add gradients to CC Libraries would be very much appreciated! After creating a set of gradients and other colours in XD it would be very useful to add these to my CC Library so when I switch to any other Adobe Application I can continue using these colour.
At the minute you cannot add any colour to your CC Library which is highly frustrating...
Thanks

Yes yes yes! Please allow ability to add colors, graphics, etc. to existing CC library.

I agree! Being seamlessly integrated with CC Library is needed in working with the team.
Currently having to switch back-and-forth to other Adobe applications to create graphic assets + styles is mostly like having no CC Library in Xd. -

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly. Now that everything is integrated why not have that ability to export to the CC Library? Seems counter intuitive.

Yeah never got why they didn't have it seamlessly work with the other CC library. Isn't that kind of the whole point?

Not having this feature means I need to go into Photoshop/Illustrator to do this. Make it so I don't have to open another application!

Yes! This is definitely a feature that we need when working with teams. While the assets library is awesome, maybe these items can be added to a library at any time.

I agree

Also, it would be useful to import Library items (or a whole Library) into the local Assets panel.

We have a large Assets panel that we have built out. Now that CC Libraries are starting to be integrated, it would be great if there was an easy way to turn our Asset Library into a CC Library.
