An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedPlatform selection to the developer side, agree.
I cannot handle multiple files for smaller projects where I have dozens of icons and logos.Harun Alikadić supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedAt this moments fixed elements need to be positioned at the exact position in which we want them to be fixed, on top of all other elements on the scrollable artboard. In design mode we can hide fixed elements and work on stuff that lays underneath, but, in specs view, fixed elements appear on top of all other elements and there is no way for developers to access information of the elements positioned under the fixed element.
The obvious example is the mobile phone bottom bar, as from the attached screenshot.Solutions may vary, from possibility to hide/show elements in specs view to the possibility to position elements also relatively to the viewport (bottom, top, left, center ...) regardless of their position on the artboard.

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedAgree with Benni Asal, fixed elements is great feature, but would be much better if we could pin elements to the top. I find myself constantly pinning them manually to the top as go further in designing the screen, as new elements top the fixed elements.

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedIs there a way to unmark all marked elements for batch export. I find batch useful, for example, as a way to export elements from the repeat grid. But it already happened few times that I forgot to unmark an element and later I found that batch export included assets I did not need anymore. How to find what is selected for batch export? I need to manually search for items through all artboards right now. It would be useful to be able to unmark all elements selected for batch export.

We think you’re going to really, really dig the plugin integrations we’re making available later this year :)

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedIt would be great if we could simply copy paste data from spreadsheet: select cells in a column, copy, select a text field in a repeat grid, paste - it populates all other instances in that grid.
Managing separate text files especially when you need to change order between rows is time consuming.

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedGrid defaults should be different from document to document. For example I have created separate documents for mobile and desktop view. I would like to define defaults for those documents not for the entire application.

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedTo me it doesn't look like anything new, ripoff, difficult to explain - good old repeat background. Call it pattern if you like more. It doesn't need to be adjustable like in CSS, just actual image size - repeat. Plain. Simple.

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedI would love to have objects paste in front of the selected object (like in Illustrator). At this moment, in XD, when I paste an object, it gets on the top of the pile. It's laborious, when you have tens or hundreds of ungrouped objects, to find the right place into which to drag down the newly created object (while scrolling and selecting on the artboard in the same time the reference object in order to find out it's the name).
It would be much easier if we could select the object we want to copy, press Cmd+C, select the reference object in front of we want to paste the new object and press Cmd+V. If we do not select any object, the newly pasted object will be placed on the top of all other objects (like it behaves now).Harun Alikadić supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Harun Alikadić commentedI have just installed Font Awesome 5 (FA5) fonts for desktop. It doesn't show icons in XD (latest update to date), only text.
I type "tags", choose FA5 from font menu and it remains in text format - "tags", doesn't transform in tags icon, as it's supposed to do.FA5 works in Illustrator and Photoshop.
I am also using Material Icons (MI), Google's ligature based icon font, and it works in XD. Font Awesome 4 (FA4) also works in XD (not ligature).Any solution on this?
The reason I would love to switch to another ligature based icon font is because MI doesn't render on XD mobile app during USB connected mobile preview. I would like to try and see if FA5 renders on mobile app preview.Harun Alikadić supported this idea · -

Besides full screen it would be necessary to have a "fit artboard to screen", in prototype view. I am working on a tablet design 1280 high and I have to scroll in order to view the design. If I use browser zoom out, it seems to create some issues with navigation hotspots on the prototype and comment and artboard navigations become too small.
