Update interaction wires across symbols / components (keep in sync)
Adding a wire to an object inside a symbol or changing a wire inside a symbol should create/change the same wire/link across other instances of that symbol in the same way styles/text etc changes other instances.
This would allow navigation to be edited throughout a project.
I love the convenience of symbols, and I love that we can now add links to objects within a symbol, but not being able to propagate that interaction to other symbols is a problem for me.

Just make header or footer as component use the component in the pages. Then add the flow to single component and copy the component and paste the flow to the next similar components. It works :)

It would be nice to be able to make just one Component containing the menu, do all the linking in the master Component, and then just drag it on the different layouts with all the links already contained within the Component.
Right now every time I add a new page I need to go in and link to it from all the menu's in each individual layout. Why not just do it in one place; the Master Component? We also need to be able to have overlays opened from this Master Component.

Some component like Menu or Navigation bar always have the same interactions throughout the project. But some time in the middle we want to add new interaction then we have to re-doing that interation for multiple time.

Currently, if I want to copy the interaction of an object in art board A to another object in art board B, I have to copy and paste them one-by-one. I would like to have the function to copy multiple interactions at once. I would also like to see a function that let me select multiple interaction and drag them altogether to a destination.

There are component types that would benefit from sharing already defined transitions. If you have large project and e.g. menu attached to all the artboards, having a possibility to share it's transitions would be much better that defining them over and over again in all the artboards.
Maybe the same principle of ovrriding could be applied here like for component properties.

It is a real pain that you can't do this!!!!
Sort it out Adobe please. -

Yes! This would make creating things like navigation menus SO much easier.

When you have created a Master Component and replicated across multiple artboards (for example; a navigation), it would be useful if when adding a new prototype link to the master, that this is then replicated across any currently use editions of this component, saving time having to go through various artboards adding the link or deleting a recopying the component.

It would be great to have a persistent link, i. e. the link that is the same on every instance of a component. This would be wery useful for the overlays.
For example, I have a header which is repeated on every artboard. I want to add a new button which points always to the same page. Now I have to update every instance of my menu across the whole file.

Agree, this would be super useful - especially for a desktop navigation with expandable tabs. Currently have to add an extra 7 artboards every time i want to show the working nav.
Would be great to get the nav set up as an overlaid component that can sit above any artboard and work over the top of it...if that makes sense :)

Would really love a fix for this ahead of any new features. Please push this up the priority ladder.

This needs to be added as a feature ASAP. I'm very annoyed that Adobe can't manage something as basic as this -- no, worse than annoyed. Not supporting "hover" interactions is annoying. Not being able to create a basic navigation menu that works across artboards is straight-up BROKEN and is the main reason we're considering switching our design process to a different tool entirely.

Desperate for this... Even if it was master component dictates master linkage across all artboards - this would be a life-saver...

While we wait for this, here's a workaround. You simply link up a component, and while in prototype mode you copy, and then select all the artboards where you want it pasted, and then paste. It pastes the component in place on all artboards at once with all prototype links intact. The only PITA part of this is that you have to remember to do that again every time you make a change, and if you have a different on-state visual for each link those would have to be updated per instance (or else maintain a different master component for each on-state.)
This should not be considered an XD dead end.
