Boolean operations
As a designer, Boolean operations are a must have. I can't create nice clean curves/shapes for icons without boolean operations.
Coming from Figma and Sketch, this is very frustrating not having this. Most of the best icon designers aren't using the Pen tool for icon design.

Boolean operations are already in the product; you can find them in the upper right hand corner of the property inspector or under the Object > Path menu.

Actually if I'm not mistaken the feature should be in the latest beta release for both platforms now, have you downloaded the latest as of 4/19 ?

I presume you are simply using the Windows version of XD? No access to the Mac version, the Windows version should have them in the next update.
