Edit Original in Photoshop / Illustrator
There should be an option for 'Edit Original' in a right-click menu.
For example, an image in the document should be able to launch Photoshop by clicking 'Edit Original'.

Yes! this would be a huge workflow win. I want to be able to select a vector in XD and click "edit in Illustrator", make some adjustments with the more advanced vector editing tools (e.g. "outline path"), and then when saving the Illustrator edits, the item updates in XD. Much like editing a smart object works in Photoshop, where you can click through to either Photoshop or Illustrator to edit.

Similar to the "Edit in Photoshop" option for images. If I want to manipulate vectors in XD, it would be wonderful to be able to isolate and open in AI, edit and then hit save to find my changes made in XD.

Sometimes you need to modify some object, it would be great if you could open any layer in photoshop or illustrator

Considering the built in compatibility with PS and AI an "Edit In" option for images or paths would be a nice touch and would mean you wouldn't have to bring all the functionality of these apps into XD for editing paths and images.

Yes, please. It IS possible within the CC library panel, but it would be really fasten the workflow if it'w be possible for all pics.

When right click on a image, it would be very helpful to be able to open the original image-file in Photoshop. The same goes for SVG's or EPS paths to open in Illustrator.

Additionally it would be interesting if you could import .psd files like in inDesign (So if you change something in the .psd is automatically changes in XD)
