I’m marking this as feature in the backlog, as this is something we intend to do in the future.

Ditto! Especially needed for previewing designs for iPhones with rounded corner screens and "notch" areas that overlap the design.

This! And also fix something to the "top" or "bottom" edges of the viewport (like nav or tab bars). Great InVision functionality that I miss a lot.

Yes, it is very upsetting to update a share link only to find that it has been associated with a different flow (Automatically? By accident?). Honestly I think the fact that it doesn't work this way already (what OP describes) should be considered a bug.

I’ve tweaked the title so it covers only exporting animation to GIF format. This will help keep our feature list fine-grained so we can get a better picture of which are the most important.
For the other formats that were originally mentioned here:
- Export animation as a video — exporting to MOV (QuickTime) is supported now, via the Record button in the Preview window. If you need to save in a different video format, please file a new suggestion with details.
- Export animation as HTML/CSS/JS — please upvote https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/13198020-export-html-css-animation-code
- Export animation as Flash SWF — please file a new suggestion if you need to export to this format.

We think you’re going to really, really dig the plugin integrations we’re making available later this year :)

What is the update on this? Please! It is shocking that this is still missing, as enterprise UX as a field grows, as well as UX for financial products, every day this is more egregiously missing.

Thank you for submitting your feature request. There is a 3rd-Party plugin for XD that can accomplish what you are asking. The name of the plugin is “Google Sheets”. Here is a link to more information about the plugin:

This plugin does not suffice! My company has blocked access to Google products and I'm not allowed to upload client data to the Google cloud. Please offer this natively.

@Jan Jiran — that is not a workable solution.
1) I don't always want every artboard included, and XD doesn't let you select invidual artboards and paste them INTO other artboards, it always places them next to it.
2) Now I have to go and create artboard-sized boxes around all of my screens so that you can see the edges (we have a lot of white backgrounds)? No way, too much of a pain. Here's what I'm trying to do: Would like to make a flow map out of my individual screens -- either by putting the artboards on a bigger artboard, or by creating a "slice" where I can export all of them in one image (plus arrows/etc on the background of the canvas). (Also commented this on https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/13604457-slice-elements-when-exporting-jpegs-pngs, which would solve my problem as well).

Bumping this in case it's the feature I'm looking for, though I already posted this comment here (https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/17308768-edit-original-in-photoshop-illustrator):
I want to be able to select a vector in XD and click "edit in Illustrator", make some adjustments with the more advanced vector editing tools (e.g. "outline path"), and then when saving the Illustrator edits, the item updates in XD. Much like editing a smart object works in Photoshop, where you can click through to either Photoshop or Illustrator to edit.

This functionality is a huge blocker for us as we scale our design team. Last I checked XD was supposed to be for teams, not teams of one!!
