New mode: IA Flow
Simple view to map out the IA (Information architecture), decided feature requests, page relationships, etc. before designing.
This would keep all design blueprints in one system instead of heading out to __(Mind map or flowchart app of choice)_ to stay on track. Especially when working on small teams.
May reflect a similar (though severely simplified) view of Prototype mode.

This is absolutely interesting to see it!

Agreed - IA flow functionality would be a great addition to XD. In the meantime, thanks to the comments below, I found http://overflow.io has an XD plugin.

This is absolutely essential. (What work-arounds are you guys using while XD gets it together?)

When will this be part of XD, it is essential to any serious UX work.

As the XD team considers the viability of this feature request, I would strongly urge them to take a look at the standards (geometric shapes and their definitions of use) as set by Jesse James Garrett and his visual vocabulary.
http://www.jjg.net/ia/visvocab/
Axure has a native "Flow" library that contains JJG's shapes library (+ others). Axure's "Flow/Connector" mode allows the author to create flow models (IA) whereby shapes can be drug around the stage as necessary and without breaking connector paths.
It would be great to see XD's take on this feature... but please... there's no reason to create a whole new definition of how geometric shapes should be used to articulate a flow... that work has been done already by Jesse.

There are several tools that do this pretty well, Overflow (https://overflow.io/), Userflow by Marvel (https://userflows.marvelapp.com/100cjb3) - If this was integrated natively into XD, this would make the Design Specs and Prototype Grid Views much more powerful, especially if we could add device frames and auto-illustrate user navigation with annotations and IX notes.

Check out Mirro for an example of how it could work.

this would allow me to start projects with AdobeXD!! Now, I end up starting with Sketch and not using AdobeXD.
Any plans for a update date?

I would very much like to see this feature added together with more of the UX process steps such as Userflow and mood boards. Also with this in mind I like to see a wireframe tab added. The idea is to develop XD to provide a more end to end solution.

Seconding the idea below of an "IA" tab that would go alongside "Design" and Prototype" tabs. Would allow us to create an IA diagram for the overall product. Flow diagrams are actually something slightly different - they articulate how a user steps through a process. The terms are being used somewhat interchangeably in this feature request but they are actually quite different.
