Export to PDF - Option for 2x Bitmaps inside (or don't downsample at all)
Many times when exporting to PDF, while most assets may be vector there are some bitmap assets included (think a thumbnail image inside a UI)... while I have control over the pixel density at design time (I can use a larger bitmap and scale down) when I export, it always downsamples the image to 1x. Would be good to either downsample to 2x or not at all.
We made a fix that landed in our June 2017 release! Please do check it out and let us know what you think.

OK, found the problem. Any PNGs with drop shadows get downsized to @1X resolution when the object or artboard is exported to PDF. It's a drop shadow issue.

Honestly, I'm not seeing any improvement in my PDF exports. Still big issues. I'm using the latest version.

Thanks Admin. Super happy to hear. Adobe raising the bar. Our UX processes improving to seriously awesome levels. Team speed/quality ramping up. Bigger better features getting out faster. Better faster UX outcomes... Went from AI/Sketch-Invision/PS/ID-split to XD-97% since April '16.

Very happy to see this feature-started. PDFs since 1993.

I've been building style guides for the team (and one that goes to certain partners) in XD. Very handy since I already built everything in XD. Once it exports to PDF @2X and @3X everyone will be happy. XD is a blank canvas, I get so much done with it that I never would have imagined a new Adobe app could do.

Images on pages when exported to PDF look horrible @1x. Absolutely must be able to export PDF documents at @2X or @3X resolution. Besides this should not be an issue (it's Adobe's format) :)
