Printing

Would love to be able to print out my screens. I know I can export assets and then print, but a one step print function would be awesome.

    This is a joke.
    So,. Joan Lafferty (Adobe). didn't read the Orginal Post properly, and all the subsequent comments pointed-out it was NOT complete. Then Elaine (Adobe) chips in and offers the same INCOMPLETE solution,.....

    Well, 5 years later in 2021,.... There is still no method to print "directly".

    Have designed some Wall art in XD and after spending a week. I come to know that XD did not send a direct print to the printer. i mean what the............... .. Please ASAP add the Print feature in XD.. there are many others ways to get a print but I need a Direct Print.. Tnks

    What is still missing is any kind of template or preview that allows us to judge what fits on a page and how.
    Exporting to pdf then printing is a tedius trail and error process.

    How is this feature completed when the request was for a 'one step print function' and we still have to export to pdf before printing? Seriously how difficult is it to add a print button? Most software has been able to do this for quite a while now!

    @Elaine, I love new features in XD like export in PDF and than we have a lot more options in PDF.

    Also would like to be able to print the "navigation map" -- that is, all of the artboards on one page, perhaps showing links/relationships. Yes, this might be a large page, but let the printer tile the pages and/or we can use a large format printer.

    Just sent some designs over to a client and got exactly this feedback.

    Would be great to have an export as PDF option please.

    Clients need to be able to scribble on visuals in meetings, so a print would be very useful, thanks a lot

    dido! And Export to an interactive pdf so it can be viewed on my iPhone at full screen with functionality.
