Detach / float properties panel to allow for multiple display use
It would be great to have the ability to 'detach' / 'tear off' the properties panel from Xd to accommodate use on multiple displays. (Like Ps panels)
This would give us more room to work and use all panels etc. on a second screen or even allow for floating panels.

When using XD on a large monitor it is annoying to have to constantly be moving from one side of the screen to the other when prototyping or designing - I would love the option to be able to tear away the side panels and reorganize them how I want. Similar to the way Illustrator and Photoshop work.

The current XD interface feels very limited. I really think that it would be much easier if there was a way to detach asset, art-board, and properties panels just like it's possible with all other Adobe products.

I am in a user group that would benefit from being able to put all panels and tools on a second monitor allowing my first monitor to only show artboards.
Additionally, I would like to be able to save the custom arrangement of these panels as a workspace under a name of my choosing and have that workspace be the default that is displayed when XD is launched.
This functionality is present in other Adobe products including Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
One benefit of these features would include being able to maximize the number of artboards that I can edit on my first monitor without needing to zoom the view out.
Another benefit of these features would manifest in a more efficient workflow enabled by my being able to organize panels in a manner that is optimal for me.
I appreciate the consideration.

Support duo screen device, and it can set the screen dpi. As im going to design a remote control, i find XD didn't support a two screen device. so it is hard to present in XD. Say an exsample, if i develop a new apps which can cross iphone and ipad, how i can do the presentation?

I'm going to one up for this feature. It is the main reason I hate using Bohemian Sketch for my mockups. If you guys would optimize this app for multiple screens I'd at least TRY to make the switch. Otherwise I see no reason to disrupt my current workflow becuase XD seems to be a crappy copy of Sketch vs an Intiative Adobe app.

Please fix. Xd is complete useless on a MBP 13" and iPad as second monitor setup.

Please, for the love of God! Makes XD practically unusable for people who are used to multiple monitor set ups.

This is not the simplest thing, and it would be hard to get right, but I still think it's something to consider for the future:
Let users move panels around, like other Adobe apps allow.
Personally I prefer to have all my panels on the right side so that I can access my tools on the right and my artboard on the left. Every user has different needs and preferences and giving us the control to move things around and be our most efficient would be appreciated. Not to mention, since you are in control of the design now, you cannot take into account every screen size. A lot of space is wasted on larger screens.

Really need this. With Layers Panel open, I don't have a lot of room to view an artboard of moderate size at 100%. Need to be able to arange and change the panels as I see fit.

The "Properties" side bar too, of course should be detachable, allowing pallet placement on a second monitor.

Symbols and Layers should be detachable if desired. I'd prefer to have these and anything like this as floating pallets.
Dual monitor setups are wasted in Adobe Xd.

I run a dual monitor setup, and find it deeply annoying that Layers and Symbols are only available as fly out menus. I have an entire monitor that isn't doing anything in Xd.
Come on guys…
