Password on shared prototypes
Allow the user to add a password to shared prototypes.
You can now enable password protection for prototypes before sharing the links with the reviewers. Ensure that you share the associated password along with the prototype links to the reviewers.
For more information, see https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/share-embed-designs-prototypes.html#password-protection

Agree - password protection would mean the difference for some clients.

Without having the option to protect our client work, we are not able to use Xd.

Any update on either Password Protected URL exporting to xd.adobe.com or export out a full HTML set of data so it could be viewed on a secure server - not hosted by Adobe (i.e. A local company server with a password). It is difficult to work with enterprise clients and clients with R&D/IP/Patent Filed concepts that need security standards.

Excited to see that the XD app is progressing towards a final release. However, if I can't add a password to protect my client work, it's pretty much useless. Please fix this.

Pretty much agree with all of this. Some level of security provided to XD demos is critical for the majority of the work we do. People in our company are trying to push other software and I would much rather stick with Adobe software. Needless to say, secured sharing would be critical. If it helps add weight or value to this as a potential update, our company is massive and it would probably be a good financial benefit for Adobe to secure our business with this simple feature.

GUYS THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP! I work for a huge corporation and honestly they are about to drop adobe cc because of this one silly thing. Ability to protect proprietary information especially with a prototyping tool should be your #1 priority. I could care less about pixel guides >.<

Password access in basic form is rather cumbersome, and many organisations have requirements for cycling them. Archiving/paper-trailing of projects from inception through to production and beyond could be a real pain.
Access by confirmed email would be considerably better than this, IMO. At least for online reviewing, and caries with it the benefit of logging authors of comments, if and when that feature is added.
Password access for some kind of offline prototyping makes much more sense however.

Restrict reviewing of prototypes to selected users. Gain access to a shared prototype on the web via confirmed email account to allow 'private' viewing of business-sensitive content. Even better, wildcard access via domain or Google login maybe. Our organisation uses Google Apps for instance (which opens a whole world of integration possibilities e.g. Hangouts).

I would love to propose XD as the main prototyping tool for my large FTSE 100 company. But they won't even consider it without basic security such as password.

+1 to password security please.

Please push this feature to the top of the priority list! I would love to use this tool but until prototypes are secure, I can't.

This would be great when you are working on projects that need to be "dark" because you are designing proprietary designs that provide a competitive edge.

This would be a really big help for the types of projects I work on.

yes, of course! setting a password for a project is a good idea to make a private project easily accessible to the client.. thanks for the input!

It would also be amazing if we could set up passwords for the links and if people could give feedback directly on the prototype.
I am working for a big Enterprise and I would never be allowed to use this feature if I am not able to safeguard the projects.

you set your prototype as private or public, you would have a link to your collection of prototypes which could be stored in the creative cloud, if you send the link to someone.. the person only sees the public prototypes, but you also see the private ones.
when you create a new behance project, you could just link the prototype in the project, simple as that!
this is valuable to me because it's a good showcase for both companies in client meetings and individuals at job interviews. it's also good for get the word out there and make it easier to publish it on behance!
