    So i've had this problem while designing icons.
    when i want to make a slightly larger hover state with a bounce. i'd want it to scale from the center.

    After struggeling alot i found that this works:

    1 create ur component.
    2 apply hover state
    3 go into the hover tab
    4 instead of scaling the object in his hover state right away, double click it first.
    5 a blue dashed line will apear around the slected object. Now you can freely scale and position it without
    the normal state to interact with it.
