    Please get rid of this feature or make it switchable/optional. It makes no sense. I can't believe this has not been addressed or fixed yet. Such a simple request.

    Please change this so any user can update the file and share links remain the same. It's been causing havoc with our clients. This is a top priority request imo, as this has direct client interaction (feedback loops) and causes undue stress for users and clients alike.
