Hey. So there might not be a precise way to do this in xD, but someone commeneted below a great workaround using the dash and gap options on a shape (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVkSclfsaFA). This can give you control over the gap needed in an circular shape. If that doesn't work, you can always use illustrator! Just create the custom vector shape in Ai, then copy and paste that into xD. You'll be able to edit the color, size and caps of the stroke just like in illustrator. I think that solves the problem quite well!! Hope that helps! :)
