Thanks for the clarification! I don't think we have something like this currently in the database, so I'll leave it open as-is.

You are welcome, Elaine! Thanks for following up! Yes, it would be as if you had hidden the object in the layers panel – when previewing a prototype and you trigger the hide action you would not be able to see or interact with the target component(s).
One additional thought on this feature – if I remember correctly, in Axure you could also choose to show/hide with or without a fade. It would be great to have that option in XD, as well.

One single interaction can trigger multiple actions to take place.

I have found the same thing – the hover states are too laggy. I am hoping this can be changed real soon so that hover states happen as soon as the cursor is over an element.

I struggle with reading the smart guides every day, because of the colors used in the product I work on. The numbers are also super small. It would be ideal if we could choose a custom color for the smart guides and choose a larger size for the number labels. Thanks!

Please, please, please.... implement this sooner rather than later. In order for XD to truly be a collaborative design tool for teams, it's a must that anyone invited to coedit can be given permission to update the link. The lack of this feature costs precious time and is very inconvenient. Thank you!

Another option is to differentiate by border style – for example, solid for the main component and dashed or dotted for instances. This would be more accessible than color.
