I’ll leave this open, as it looks like you can’t reorder in grid mode. You can actually reorder in list mode at the moment.
You can reorder in list mode, but the order gets shuffled around every time I open the document, and it doesn't preserve the order when you import the colors from a master document. This is kind of frustrating since I'm a little OCD (as I bet many designers are) and need my colors in grouped by hue and ordered by shade.

Also, being able to have multiple things happen with one click (changing states for multiple objects when clicking on an object). For example: clicking a check box both switches that box to "checked" and shows an overlay with "select all" and other controls at the top of the screen.

I would never use another prototyping tool if this was available. Seriously. Add this and I'll switch from hesitant fangirl to diehard evangelist.
Would be nice if there was at least an option for specifying CSS properties so I can easily create shadows based on material ui etc. Trying to convert in my head to get something approximate is confusing and difficult. I understand you want to support more than just CSS shadows, but I'm betting that is a HUGE part of what your users are doing, so you should support that major use case. You're a UX program. Listen to your users.
