Thoroughly agree with comments. XD needs more work on basic features like this.
For my part:
- Excel import
- What Ash said (18Jul: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/13024776-lists-and-tables )
- Something akin to MS Word's pre-canned Table style templates -- as a starting point for further interaction.

I understand what you are saying and thank you for the explanation.

I find this too - to the point where when I started using the app I was thinking "what do you mean, fast and responsive -- this is like treacle!" All user-interaction (mouse actions, menu, even typing) dreadfully slow. You ask for more info but I am not sure what I / we can say.Running on 2014 Mac Pro with 1TB SSD, Core i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, external 2560x1200 monitor, High Sierra. No other performance-hungry apps running. No significant (red bars) CPU loading showing in activity monitor. Sheet is slightly modified (mostly deleted items) version of adobe "Wires - 2019".
