What would solve some review issues with mobile app designs; is to allow stakeholders to download the XD mobile app (not designers) and for them to be able to open the shared link https://xd.adobe.com/view/xxxxxx/ and then they can view the prototype on their device similar to how an app works (without having to create a CC account). It's way to large a document to share the whole file with a non-designer stakeholder.

Xd Viewer app tried to solve this issue, but it is slow and glitchy. (please see what they tried to do)

I find using the browser Safari or Chrome on a mobile device (iOS) very glitchy and slow, also if you save the link to your home screen there is this annoying "Done" menu bar which keeps appearing at the top, and when you click done it takes you back to the first screen of the prototype (which is very annoying). So one never really gets to navigate around and experience how the prototype would work as an app.

Please please, please... It's essential for user testing. I work in a financial institution and this would be hugely beneficial with testing forms and calculations. Even take it to the next level and create rule-based behavioural outcomes. where the user is sent directed down a different path based on how they interact, what they type, and or choose. Right now we need to use Axure for that kind of testing... would be a great feature that would push XD into the forefront. You can do it guys... we have faith in you ;)
