This would be very helpful - especially in preview mode. I just went looking for an extension (similar to the Insert Page Numbers one) that would help with this.

I am drawing a simple bar chart in XD with a trend line. To start the trend line I used Repeat Grid to space out the markers (great tool!). Then I draw the line with the pen tool, adding a point to the line over each marker. I did this all in a straight line with the intent of then moving each marker and anchor point up and down to simulate a realistic chart. Imagine my surprise when all of my intermediate anchor points disappeared. BUT – they didn’t I discovered. I needed to double-click to reveal them. The trouble is that I cannot move those anchor points and the shape (marker) that they are in line with. So, please another vote for making XD’s pen tool and selecting of anchor points more like Illustrator.

Related to this – when creating a symbol that contains links and then subsequently reusing that symbol (i.e. dragging it onto an artboard), the links should remain. Currently, no links are retained. The only way to retain link is to copy/paste from one artboard to another.

+++ Especially for more complex prototyping this is a must-have
