    Lines are currently always positioned on half pixels by default.
    I never needed that - in fact I need to change their positions everytime.
    Also when I want to shrink elements by dragging their outlines they always end up being e.g. 219,23 px wide.

    I would really appreciate if by default positioning and resizing would be on whole pixels.
