    I'd suggest going with keyboard shortcuts for color that are already being used in other Adobe applications.

    X to switch focus between stroke and fill properties
    \ to fill with none
    Shift X to swap stroke and fill colors
    D for default black and white stroke and fill

    Let's keep it consistent to make this product more discoverable.
