    Hi Florian,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The error 49 is actively being investigated.

    As a workaround, could you please try renaming the document with which you are facing error and then try to open it.

    For some of the users, the workaround has helped.

    Hi,

    By blink away do you mean XD is quitting for you?
    What are the exact steps you do before it is crashing?
    It would be great if you can share a gif file demonstrating the issue.

    Also share windows version with us (You can check it by hitting Win key + R and typing "winver" and then hit enter)

    Hi Mohan,

    We regret the inconvenience caused but we would need more details to actually try this at our end
    1. Are you on Windows OS?
    2. If Yes, could you share Windows version (Windows key + R and type winver, the window which pops up will give you the Windows build details, we would need that)
    3. Can you share your primary and secondary monitor details like make, resolution, display setting etc.

    If we can see it happening, we will definitely work towards fixing it.

    Sorry for inconvenience. Could you please check if your subscription hasn’t expired?

    Would you be able to share subscription type? How did you get the subscription and what is the Adobe Id you are using?

    What is Adobe XD version?

    That would help us to debug the issue further as its associated with the id you are using.

    Hi Alessandro,

    Please make sure that you have iTunes installed on your Windows machine.
    That is the dependency for this feature to work on Windows.

    Share your App version on iPhone too, we will try at our end we see the problem happening.

    Hi,

    Do you mean selecting repeat grid with some other group objects? I can actually select RG with other group elements. If you mean something else, could you please elaborate more? Or you can share a gif demonstrating the problem.

    Hi Nir,

    Looks like something is not right with the Adobe applications installed on your machine.

    I would recommend to run cleaner tool and start a fresh.

    Please try running the tool and it will clean the corrupted stuff, then try installing freshly.

    Sorry about the delay in response.

    Latest release of XD is 18.0.12, are you seeing crash with that build too?

    If yes, could you please share the latest crash dump which is generated from the latest build. That will help us debugging with the latest code.

    Appreciate your patience with us. Once we get the crash dump, we will start investigating the issue immediately.

    I would second what Christopher is telling.
    Looks like related to your graphics driver, could you please try to upgrade graphics driver to latest?

    If you still see the issue after upgrading drivers, kindly let us know

    I tried the workflow mentioned by you and I see on export, finder lists same location as the location of my file.

    Could you please share below information
    1. XD version
    2. OS version
    3. Gif of demonstrating the issue. That would help us in understanding if we are missing something at our end while trying.

    We would need more details to dig into the issue.
    1. Which application is crashing, its XD or Creative cloud?
    2. What is the XD version you are using?
    3. What all Adobe applications you have installed?
    4. We would need a crash dump from your machine for debugging the crash. Please follow the below link to set registry as per following link

    Latest released one is 19.1.22.6, we would recommend you to try that once and see if you are encountering same problem.

    - OS version
    - XD version
    - Do you see issue happening consistently with all file or just one?
    - Could you share the test file with us?

    The link which you posted has been marked as fixed and I see you have Windows updated with the MS fix also.

    This is strange that you are still facing the issue

    Could you please mention your XD version? Could you update XD to latest and try once?
    If you can share a gif demonstrating the issue, that will help understanding the issue better.

    Hi Manny,

    Can you please try reinstalling Adobe XD? It seems your plugin which helps in export is missing.

    If you uninstall and install XD, plugin will be restored.
