    We regret the inconvenience caused.

    The team has started investigating the issue and would push a fix for this soon.

    Meanwhile as a workaround, please try using extended keyboard’s numpad or Mouse Scroll for Zoom in. Zoom out is working as expected (ctrl + -)

    Hi Naru,

    What I understand is that sharing of document was successful but collaborator is not able to access the document.

    1. Can you please make sure that both of the users have same XD version?
    2. If both of you indeed have same versions, could you please share your XD version?
    3. What OS the other user is using?

    All of these inputs would help in investigating the issue.

    Hi Sarah,

    Sorry about the inconvenience. Would you be able to share more details on your scenario?

    1. How did you create the object which you are trying to resize?
    2. We reduced Fractional pixels with XD 22.0, Are you using that or later builds? if not, we would recommend to upgrade to latest.
    3. To add to that, we have limitation with lines and path. Fractional pixels doesn't work with lines and path in XD yet.

    Hi Remi,

    Appreciate you sharing the details of the issue.

    I tried your scenario with XD 22.0.12 on Macbook Pro (13 inch, 2017) running MacOS 10.14 but couldn't see the issue happening.

    As you mentioned that issue happens every-time you try, I have some follow up questions

    1. Do you see it happening with some specific file?
    2. Would you be able to share a gif?
    3. Most importantly can you please upgrade to latest XD version and check if you still see the issue happening?

    We will definitely fix it only if we can reprove issue at our end for investigation.

    Hi Darnell,

    For using cloud documents its recommended to have same version of XD for all users.

    On computer B, I see version mentioned is 22.0. Can we please try upgrading it to 22.1 and then check once?

    Hi Theunis,

    We highly regret the inconvenience.

    But on a positive note, we are aware of this issue and working on fix very actively.

    Fix would be available soon with upcoming releases.

    Meanwhile as a workaround, you can try reboot of machine and then launch XD. It should resolve the crash.

    Sorry to hear that you are facing the issue with XD. Could you please provide below logs:

    XD core runtime log - AdobeXD.log

    Windows only location- \Users\[user name]\AppData\Local|Packages\Adobe.VERSION\LocalState\AdobeXD.log

    ACP.local log (for cloud projects) -
    Windows: <settings folder>\LocalState\ACPLocalLogs

    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD/ACPLocalLogs

    CoreSync - CoreSync-YYYY-MM-DD.log

    Windows: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\CoreSync
    Mac: ~/Library/Logs/CreativeCloud/CoreSync/

    We have been investigating a similar issue internally, We just want to make sure if the issue you are facing is the same.

    Hi,

    Looking at the snapshots if feels like you are trying to drag element from XD to out of XD.

    If that's the case, the icon would be expected because you cannot drag and drop from XD to explorer/finder/browser.

    If that's not the case, can you please mention the Windows or Mac version.
    You can check Windows version by pressing keys Win + R and type "winver" and hit enter.

    If you notice for other threads as well, unfortunately we could never recreate the issue at our end and that's the reason that we couldn't provide solution either.

    Hi Armando,

    As you mentioned that only you are affected and not your peers, it might be specific to your Mac machine.

    Please try upgrading to latest graphics drivers and check.

    If that doesn't help, please share following details like
    1. Mac OS version
    2. XD version
    3. Set up details - monitors make and model

    We would try to recreate issue at our end and if we get it, will definitely work towards fix.

    Hi Perihan,

    I believe you are using XD version 21.1.12 and not 12.1.12

    If you are indeed on XD 12.1.12 then I would strongly recommend to update to latest.

    else we would need crash dumps, please follow below link to get the crash dumps

    and share those with us. We would dig the issue further.

    We tried recreating the issue on Win and Mac both but couldn't see the issue happening.

    Could you please share more details like

    1. Do you see it happening with all of your files? If yes, could you share exact steps.
    2. If it's seen with a specific file could you share test file with us?
    3. Any gif demonstrating the issue would help too.

    Sorry to hear that but would like to know few things

    1. Are you able to open the link in any other browser like chrome?
    2. Also do you see the issue happening on other machines?
    3. If possible, can you share the link which is not opening for you in chrome?
    4. Also firefox version would help too.

    That is strange, we never heard of such problem.
    Could you please mention
    1. How did you end up into that state? Steps to reach that state if you see it consistently would help.
    2. XD version and OS version you are using.
    3. If you could provide your test file where you see this issue happening, we can dig into the issue further.
    4. Also does restart of XD or reopening of the document helps in this case?

    Hi All,

    We have multiple tickets open for Error:49 and trying to fix those on priority.

    As of now only I can say, please bear with us till we get a complete resolution.

    Renaming file in Finder/Desktop/Cloud drive + re-open seems to have helped in some cases, would request to give it a try.

    We have never seen this happening at our end.
    1. When you say not with any other apps, what all applications have you tried?
    2. Are you sure that it happens on with Adobe XD? Can you please try any other Adobe Application?
    3. What is your Macbook make?
    4. Please try upgrading graphic driver for your macbook?
    5. If issue hasn't resolved, please share Mac and XD version you are using.

    Above inputs would help in investigating the issue further.

    Hi Geisson,

    Which XD version are you currently using? We did some fixes around this infinite loading screen in the latest XD builds. If you are not on latest XD build which is 20.0.12.10, I would recommend to please upgrade and try if your issue gets resolve.

    1. XD version?
    2. OS version?
    3. Is there a pattern when you see XD getting closed?
    4. On Mac you might get a crash report, could you please share that with us? on Windows, to get the crash report you will have to set the registry key following the link

    crash report/dump would help us debugging the crash further.
