We were not able to recreate issue with your test files and hence kind of stuck.
Do you see the issue with latest XD version i.e. 16.0.2?
Can you try creating the document one more time and see?

Could you please check if plugins folder is present on your machine?
If its not there, please try re-installing XD to get the correct plugin.

Hi Rian,
I am also on Windows 10 and can see the icons properly.
Can you please try to upgrade the graphic drivers and then restart your machine?
It might resolve the issue for you. As it appears, no other user has reported this so it might be your machine specific.

Hi dknoe,
As I understand you don't see "Cloud Documents" option in Home Screen.
That could happen due to core sync issues, please refer to below link which can be a workaround for you

Hi,
Sometimes, it takes time to load the home screen. If you wait for 20 sec, ideally home screen should populate all files. If that doesn't happen then the issue could be because of core sync not running properly. In that case below link would help

Could you please elaborate on how did you add second artboard?
If you check XD toolbar on left side, there is an artboard options. Clicking on that will list all available artbords options from which you can choose.Please let us know if that is not the case with you. XD version and OS would help us investigating this. Do share that.

Hi Joshua,
Usually cursor will change to magnifying glass if you click on zoom icon in toolbar.
You should be able to change the cursor by clicking on any other option in XD toolbar.Could you please share a gif demoing the problem happening?
Also XD version and Mac version would help us isolating the issue.Regards,

I see some name difference in cc library loaded in bridge and in XD. Just want to be sure that its same.

We don’t publicly comment on release dates. But I can confirm this fix will not be available in the next public release. It’s on the teams radar though! I’ll share here when the fix is available.

That is strange.
Do you see this problem with all XD documents?
Did you try restart of XD and restart of PC?
Also let us know Windows version, you can check that by running command Win + R and type "winver" and hit enter.Regards,

If you’re working on Win10 machine and are still seeing problems, we’ve identified a step in the help X page for the folder to rename in case you need to trigger Adobe Sync update.
Current location is indicated as:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AdobeCorrect location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Sync

Hi Biswajit,
Can you please check Core Sync version on machine by following below steps?
1. Open Creative Cloud and go to preferences using 3 dots at right top corner
2. Switch to Creative cloud tab from General and then to File tab
3. You would see Core Sync version listed there.Expected version is 4.1.0.29, Core Sync version miss match leads to this Error 50.
Please check and confirm.

Do you mean the link to document in email is not working for you?
If yes, which XD version you have on the machine where you are trying to open document via link in email?
You need to have XD latest release build 14.0.42.14 to open the shared cloud document. Please install teh required build from creative cloud and then check the behavior.

To help clarify: What issue are you reporting?
1. You don’t care for Cloud documents workflow
2. When working with Cloud documents you notice performance slow downs
3. When working with Cloud documents you see issues with the keyboard driven commandsFor No 1, you can still use XD to save files to your local drive as Lalita points out. For No 2-3 I’ll need more details to help determine what’s happening,

- Geo location of where you’re accessing

Hi,
You can also access local files from XD, either via welcome screen > Your computer or by using command <Ctrl + Shift + O> on Windows or <Cmd + Shift + O> on Mac.

I could see little blurriness with the overlay text on a monitor which has resolution 1920x1080
But I am just wondering what is causing this blurriness? Do you see this issue with any other document of yours? I'll check with our team internally meanwhile. Thanks for your patience.
