I have an xd file with more than 200 pages. Even though i have a decent naming scheme, the destinations are not ordered alphabetically, but by position. adding a search box in the destination drop down to help find the page you want to link to would be nice.

+1 for this. When prototyping a website with 100+ pages and a fixed top navigation it would be really nic to be able to define links on a "symbol" level, eg so the logo allways goes to page 1. As i see it at the moment you have to define the "logolink" on every page.
It would be really, REALLY great if you could add timed transitions between component states.
That would make animated interaction elements a breeze, without having to resort to multiple artboards.
EG. Think 4 images crossfading.
