Since some of you have mentioned wanting this for baseline grids, you might want to upvote this one (Baseline Grids) as well: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/13030764

An error occurred while saving the comment UXGun commentedSwitching between the Artboards and Assets panels is time-consuming – and it doesn't have to be that way. It would be great to have both panels visible at the same time (as an option on top of the current solution).
Single panel – great for smaller screens
Both panels – great for big and huge screensDesigners are in the group of computer users who are likely to work on a modern, high-quality, big, hi-res screen. I mean here 27" - 40" and 4K and up. Please give us a way of utilising the screen estate we invested in and let us make our workspace more ergonomic.

I beg you, XD Team – please make this happen. This is one of these small but super annoying things that are making our life miserable. – sadly there is many more, way too many of these in XD. At the first glance, it may look like a low-priority, not-so-important feature but in the long run, it's really unbearable. The current solution is forcing us to perform stroke and fill edits over and over again, hundreds, thousands of times while working on a project. It's time-consuming, and what's even worse it feels like a sophisticated, sadistic torture – quite like the punishment the mythological Sisyphus was sentenced to. BAD UX! Please have mercy and fix it.
