    You can use multimedia tools to solve this Photoshop problem. Such as DVDFab Photo enhancer AI（https://dvdfab.at/photo-enhancer-ai.htm）. DVDFab's products not only solve the multimedia problem of editing photos, they also produced StreamFab which can solve the problem of streaming media.（https://streamfab.de/ ）
