    Follow-up thought:
    For images/background-images during tracing, designers could choose for XD to generate a blurred content-aware fill for dead zones (spots behind/overlapped by higher z-index elements), replace the photo with something similar (perhaps comps from Adobe Stock) or convert to vector shapes (containing image placeholder indicators).

    I work with a team of 5 UX designers and our work generally covers taking interfaces that already exist and improving them through UX research, data capture processes and various sources of user feedback. If it hasn't already been suggested, it would be awesome to have a basic or Sensei-based feature for dragging a UI (think screengrab) into XD and then "experience tracing it". E.g. turning all of the UI into corresponding XD elements so designers can just get started messing with/designing in it vs proverbially recreating the digital wheel.
