    No, Figma can't send out a full page HTML, just restricted CSS scraps. Indeed this would be a pointless element. In actuality, designers would not have the option to utilize such code, since it would not be viable with structure like Angular and React, or complete responsive Bootstrap. Adobe XD ought to stay a prototyping configuration device.
