This would be an absolute time saver. I think XD is great, especially if you have experience using other Adobe products, but it's still missing one or two key features which would set it apart from the competition.

Let's worry about the basics before we start adding in 3d transforms.
If I make a template button with an icon and some text with several states. I then make a duplicate of this button and edit it's default state, these changes do not cascade down through to the other states like it does when I'm editing the master component. It would be amazing if I could in one click tell XD look even though this a child component, I want it to be able to inherit all changes I make to the default state as if it were a parent component

Currently working on quite a big project with numerous artboards. This feature would be so useful. Another useful feature related to this would be the ability to search for a particular artboard when hotspotting/linking artboards.

This is a feature is a lot of code editors. You type lorem20, press tab and voila 20 words of lorem ipsum.

There is a plugin in for this which does this, but when I compare the speed of doing this in illustrator using keyboard shortcuts and using a plugin there's quite a difference.

Let's get some more votes on this. I know designers and developers love dark mode anything, but I would argue that this is so much more needed and should be higher up this list.
