An error occurred while saving the comment Tressa commentedThis is the same functionality that already exists in the canvas space of AdobeXD in the 'Design' and 'Prototype' space. It would be really nice to have this on the design specs. My developers almost always have a difficult time quickly finding the artboard they need. If they actually zoom in close enough to be able to see the detail of the artboards, it becomes very awkward to view anything outside of the monitor screen. It would also be nice to have the same scroll-wheel zoom functionality...

Sorry for the false alarm! Someone pointed out to me that I interpreted the request incorrectly. While you can now select objects both in the artboard and on the pasteboard, you cannot yet select objects on the pasteboard and complete artboards themselves.
An error occurred while saving the comment Tressa commentedUnless this feature has not yet been released, it is definitely NOT resolved. It's one of the biggest pain points when working with AdobeXD. I create a bunch of art-boards (often 50+) and drag objects off/on to them from the pasteboard/canvas (whatever you call the background). Quite frequently I need to move artboard(s) and all objects associated with that artboard to another space (or even alt+drag to copy and move them) and I can't. I can select all the objects together and move them, then select all the artboards and move them - but never both together. VERY annoying - it really slows down my workflow.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tressa commentedThe artboards and prototypes are great, but as a UX Designer who works with both local and remote developers, a lot gets lost in translation. The ability to add notes to both design specs and prototypes to entire art-boards, as well as on specific objects on those art-boards, would be amazingly helpful. Not only would it give me the ability to call out animations (particularly when 'auto-animate' is not animating everything on the page as intended), but it would also allow me to call attention to specific nuances that developers may not notice when moving quickly through the specs. It would also allow me to note specific conditions, use-cases, etc. I also love the idea of being able to share prototypes/specs with OR without the comments (as suggested by another commenter on this post). So when I'm just presenting to the design team, the view is less cluttered/distracting.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tressa commentedOften, in the early stages of the design concepting process, I need to completely re-work the user-flow of my design. It would be nice to have a quick way (1-click) to remove all existing links/interactions in my prototype to allow me to re-arrange my art-boards and link them up fresh from scratch, instead of having to manually unlink and re-link every single thing individually.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tressa commentedI also have this issue. And now, with the cloud file saving (a great feature), I have to have 2 different cloud files - one for iOS and one for Android (but otherwise identical) - in order to export design specs for each developer group.
Ideally, we would be able to export design specs once (public or private share) and developers would be able to choose to view for iOS or Android.

When I open a new document in AdobeXD, I'm prompted to select an artboard type (for example, "iPhone 6/7/8".) However, when I have started working in the new document and I go to add a new artboard using the artboard tool, it always defaults to iPhoneX. It would make more sense to default to the artboard type to the same artboard type I selected when I created the new document, as I've indicated, at that point, the device type that I am prototyping for. Of course, I should also be able to choose other artboard options, but it should return to [my] default artboard type.
My two cents.
