    Like designing all the messages (card box, an image, an image with text, etc.), bot menu, advertisements, lead generation pages from which user comes to which message in a flow and essentially the flow of messages.

    Everything except conversation modeling stuff is custom stuff. But for conversations modeling building blocks can be created and Adobe XD can be used for such flows modeling.
