This is a nightmare for me as well. We use a lot of SVGs with inline CSS and the resulting code for this is impossible to "fix" - so we have to work around by "re-opening" the SVGs in Illustrator to export clean SVG code.

There are too many times where I need to be able to have BOTH Panels active at the same time.

We take the time during design to develop a cohesive set of related character styles and name them for our developer to use. In the current setup, there is no way for him to see those style names which is very inconvenient. Ideally you would make it visible in the properties panel when the text is selected in Share for Development. This is a really important feature and will help in our design / development "handoff" making it so much more efficient.

In order to compete with products like Sketch, it is crucial that Adobe push the drawing and illustrating capabilities of XD a lot further - otherwise instruct loyalists like us to use Illustrator for all glyph art and that XD is only for prototyping. Expanding strokes is a key part of most artists workflow and needs to be added.

It is crucial in responsive design to be able to use ems and percentage to identify size and line height. Potentially VW and VH as well. Ideally, it'd be nice to create designs with viewport change in mind so as not to leave it solely to the developer to decide how they are executed.

I currently have a project with 210 Artboards that could be divided into 7 groups and then 5 groups within that. Instead, I have 210 artboards and no good way to get around them. Even a "Navigator" like photoshop would be great in this case.

Hi, everyone! In the August release of Adobe XD, we’ve introduced the ability to consume colors and character styles from your existing Creative Cloud library. We’re working on bringing you the ability to bring in graphics (both bitmaps and vectors) as well, so we’re keeping this feature open until we get that out the door.

In the meantime, if you have feedback on what we’ve already released, please do file a new idea so that we can get community feedback on it.

If you haven’t seen the update yet, launch the Creative Cloud desktop application, click on the gear icon, and select “Check for App Updates.”

It's super important to be able to name the Character Styles and if you're going to preview the style, please show the size accurately. Naming is crucial for CSS etc.
