Thanks for your feedback. I’m going to leave this open, but I will say that the current text boxes match the size of the glyphs as defined by the font designer and is not calculated separately by XD. This means that you’ll often find fonts that either have extra padding or insufficient padding to include all pixels in the font, as it’s defined in the font itself. Hope that helps!

The way XD handles the height of the text boxes is different than Illustrator and InDesign do it. In Illustrator, e.g. the distance from the base line of a font to the top of the text box stays the same no matter which font you use.
I suggest you make XD handling fonts the same way as the other apps. Please! -

Let's say I have a website menu with menu items that consist of components with 0.2 second auto-animated hover states. When I now hover over one of them and then move quickly between items the animation of the first is blocking the animation of the next.
Multiple animations between component states should be able to run simultaneously.

We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will be able to see the same folder structure for shared cloud documents. More details to come!

What's the status of this feature? Please add it! It's such a needed one. This would make sense as an optional feature for components.

When you record a video of prototype in XD on macOS the rendered video has the rounded corners of the OS-window. The Video file should be rectangular.

Yes, I would like the stack to update when a component inside it auto-animates to a larger or smaller state!

I would love that! Also for Repeat Grids.

This should be called “sticky elements”. Shouldn’t it? And it should be sticky where ever you tell it to be. Not only at the top of the viewport. See my attachment.
I‘d love to see that too!!!
