YES! Sketch allows you to select objects within the selection box by holding OPT key — it's painful to press it all the time and distance guides flicking around while you select, but at least you have this option. Having a permanent setting to switch selection mode would be perfect.

YES! I'm waiting for this feature for almost two years now. Come on, guys! It's not that difficult, and all competitors do it.

At this point, XD selection inflexibility is the only thing that keeps me on Sketch.
